 Thesis Title: Effect of Actinidin on Digestion of Cereal Proteins.

Isuri received her Bsc in Agriculture (specialising in Food Science and Technology), an MSc in Food and Nutrition, and an MPhil in Food and Nutrition from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. Isuri then worked as a lecturer in Food and Nutrition at Rajarata University, Sri Lanka.
