Organic Mechanic: Microbiome Mega Degustation

Riddet Institute researchers Dr Matt Barnett (Associate Investigator) and Dr Karl Fraser (Affiliated Researcher) from AgResearch are presenting an exciting new event in conjunction with Shepherd Restaurant and North END Brewing in Wellington on Tuesday 7th August: a custom four course microbiome-friendly menu with appropriate beer pairings. Matt and Karl will be the science behind the gastronomy explaining each pairing and how both food and drink are good for your gut. It promises to be an excellent night of food, drink & science which will leave you full and enlightened!
