R Paul Singh receives honorary doctorate at Guelph Graduation

On Wednesday 13th June 2018, Riddet Institute Principal Investigator Professor R. Paul Singh visited Guelph University, Canada, for a commencement ceremony at which he received a Doctor of Science honoris causa and gave a convocation address about “Transitioning from Classroom to Workspace”. Prof Singh’s speech addresses happiness, the obligation of to help those with fewer privileges and developing student-centric teaching. Prof Singh is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Food Engineering at the University of California, David and a Fellow of the International Academy of Food Science and Technology.
