Principal Scientist appointed a Fellow of the NZIFST

Principal Scientist and Executive Officer Dr Mike Boland has been appointed a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Food Science and Technology (NZIFST) at their recent conference in Christchurch. Dr Boland leads a number of projects at the Riddet Institute and is recognised for his scientific and strategic expertise in a diverse range of areas, including meat, dairy and kiwifruit. He has recently co-edited two books, one on the Food Structures, Digestion and Health and one on Milk Proteins.
