Amrutha completed her Master’s in Food Technology at Massey in April 2022.

She has been working part time as a Research Assistant at Riddet Institute since March 2021.

Her area of expertise includes meat protein and lipid in vitro digestion and in vitro digestion of dairy-based protein powders.
