Riddet staff member featured in Education New Zealand magazine

26 November 2024 - Riddet Institute Postdoctoral Fellow Akashdeep Beniwal was featured by Education New Zealand Manapou ki to Ao in its publications this month, and an article about him has been reposted on the Massey University website.

The story recounts his experience growing up working on the family dairy farm in Punjab, India, to coming to New Zealand and completing his PhD with the Riddet Institute, and now focusing his research on sustainable protein alternatives.
