Linda is a Junior Researcher at the Riddet Institute, where she investigates the relationship between human breast milk composition, digestion, and nutrient availability through infant in vitro digestion models.
Previously, she completed her PhD in Nutritional Science at Massey University, where her research focused on investigation of health benefits of Monty’s Surprise apple phenolics in humans and in vitro using cancer cell models. She also holds an MSc in Food Science and Nutrition from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.
