Mina Cullen is a PhD student in computational biophysics in the Mercadante lab at The University of Auckland. She obtained a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Mathematics and Computer Science, followed by a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science. Her post-graduate research focused on the development of ML methods for dynamics-informed protein design, and the integration of experimental data within MD simulations.
