Thesis title: Postpransial metabolic responses to whey and casein hydrolysates in adults: A systematic review on energy metabolism and glycaemic regulation.

Ali completed his Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences at Bushehr University of Medical Sciences and Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in Iran before starting his PhD in Biological Sciences at the University of Auckland. Ali's research interest is in human metabolism and cardiometabolic diseases. For his PhD, Ali is investigating the effect of dairy proteins on human postprandial metabolism and energy regulation at the Human Nutrition Unit, University of Auckland.
