Thesis title: Understanding proteins interaction in semi-refined multifunctional pea ingredients.

MB Devi Marhendraswari's research is conducted in collaboration with Plant & Food Research (Bioeconomy Science Institute) in Lincoln, where she focuses on protein-protein and protein-component interactions in semi-refined pea protein ingredients. She holds a bachelor's degree in food and agricultural products technology from the Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, and completed a joint Erasmus Mundus Master of Biological and Chemical Engineering for a Sustainable Bioeconomy, studying in France, Estonia, and Finland. Her master's thesis at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland explored dry extrusion as a method to fractionate starch-rich and protein-rich components of faba beans.
