Thesis title: Revolutionising Digestion Science - AI-Powered In Silico Modeling for Next-Generation Food Design
Christine is a PhD student at the Riddet Institute and Bioeconomy Science Institute (BSI). Coming from a background in Food Process Engineering (Honours) from Massey University, Christine has been working as a Research Associate in BSI - AgResearch in the field of hyperspectral imaging and machine learning. With the opportunity of this PhD project, she's aiming to dive deeper into Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and explore the potential applicaiton of AI in the area of food digestion.
